1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Archellion website and to the game Pirates vs Empire ("the game"), both made by Archellion. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse-engineer the game, or use its art, music, texts or code outside the game, except where the law allows it.
3. Playing with others
In online games you can see names, chat text and hear voice from other players. Be respectful. Do not use the game to harass, threaten or insult others, to share illegal or harmful content, or to disturb the game of others. We may block access to online play for people who break these rules. You can mute any player in the chat.
4. Ads and purchases
The game shows ads, and you may watch optional videos for doubloons. You can pay once to remove the ads for yourself, or pay a little more to remove them also for everyone in the online rooms you host (guests in other rooms still see ads). Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund rules. Watching an ad is always your choice when it is offered for a reward.
5. Game currency and progress
Doubloons, outfits, captains, rooms and other things you collect in the game are part of the game, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Progress is stored on your own device; if you delete the app or lose the device, it may be lost.
6. Age
The game is intended for players aged 16 and over.
7. No warranty
We work hard to make the game and website reliable, but they are provided "as is", without promises that they will always work without errors or interruptions. Online play depends on your connection and on servers that can be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from using the game or website. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law as a consumer.
8. Our rights
The game, the website, their art, texts, names and logos belong to Archellion or its licensors. Pirates vs Empire is an original game and is not connected with any other board game or film.
9. Changes
We may update the game, the website and these terms. The current version is always on this page.

2. Користування грою
Ми надаємо тобі особисту, невиключну, непередавану ліцензію встановлювати й грати в гру на власних пристроях для власного розваги. В онлайн-іграх ти бачиш імена, текст чату й чуєш голос інших гравців. Поводься з повагою. Не використовуй гру, щоб переслідувати, погрожувати чи ображати інших, ділитися незаконним чи шкідливим вмістом або заважати грі інших. Ми можемо закрити доступ до онлайн-гри тим, хто порушує ці правила. У чаті можна вимкнути звук будь-якого гравця.
4. Реклама й покупки
У грі показується реклама, а ще можна подивитись необов'язкові відео за дублони. Можна один раз заплатити, щоб вимкнути рекламу для себе, або трохи більше, щоб вимкнути її ще й для всіх в онлайн-кімнатах, які ти створюєш (гості в чужих кімнатах рекламу бачать). Покупки здійснюються через Apple App Store або Google Play і підпорядковуються їхнім умовам та правилам повернення коштів. Переглянути рекламу за нагороду завжди твій вибір.
5. Ігрова валюта й прогрес
Дублони, образи, капітани, кімнати й інше, що ти збираєш у грі, є частиною гри, не мають грошової вартості й не обмінюються на гроші. Прогрес зберігається на твоєму пристрої; якщо видалити застосунок чи втратити пристрій, його можна втратити.
6. Вік
Гра розрахована на гравців від 16 років.
7. Відсутність гарантій
Ми дбаємо, щоб гра й сайт працювали надійно, але вони надаються «як є», без обіцянки, що вони завжди працюватимуть без помилок і перерв. Онлайн-гра залежить від твого з'єднання й серверів, які можуть бути недоступні. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки від користування грою чи сайтом. Ніщо тут не обмежує твоїх прав споживача, передбачених законом.
8. Наші права
Гра, сайт, їхні картинки, тексти, назви й логотипи належать Archellion або його ліцензіарам. Pirates vs Empire — оригінальна гра, не пов'язана з жодною іншою настільною грою чи фільмом.
